If you heard a shriek two nights ago, I don’t want you to worry. It was just me, sobbing over a video someone shared with me on social media. The video in question was a quick clip of Zion.T and Crush hugging on stage while their song, Just, was playing.

Crush and Zion.T are two of my favorite singers and I was heartbroken when they distanced themselves from one another. I realize that there are fans out there who don’t really understand the significance of this reunion so I wanted to shed some light on the situation.

Zion.T and Crush were once signed together on Amoeba Culture. They often featured on each other’s songs many times and each song was a hit. The duo were even on a reality show called The Four Things Show. Zion.T shocked everyone when he joined YG Entertainment’s sublabel, Black Label, instead of renewing his contract with Amoeba Culture. Crush was, well, crushed. He erased all of the pictures they had together on his Instagram and stopped answering his phone calls.

Crush started collaborating with a lot of artists from the Club Eskimo collective and as time passed, fans were starting to wonder whether or not Zion.t and Crush would ever come together again on stage or otherwise. Now that they seem to be friends, perhaps we will get new music.  Wouldn’t that be amazing?

What did you think of the video? Does this mean Zion.T and Crush will start collaborating again? Let us know in the comments below!
